Mayo-free Egg Salad
Ingredients:
6 Hard-boiled eggs
Dijon Mustard
Honey
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Put eggs in a pot of water that covers the top of the eggs for 22-24 minutes.
Peel egg shells, and chop eggs into tiny pieces.
Add 2 tsp of Dijon Mustard.
Add 1 tsp of Olive oil.
Add 1 tsp of Honey.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix together and enjoy!
