Mayo-free Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs

  • Dijon Mustard

  • Honey

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  1. Put eggs in a pot of water that covers the top of the eggs for 22-24 minutes.

  2. Peel egg shells, and chop eggs into tiny pieces.

  3. Add 2 tsp of Dijon Mustard.

  4. Add 1 tsp of Olive oil.

  5. Add 1 tsp of Honey.

  6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  7. Mix together and enjoy!
