Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • ANY vegetable (some of my favorites below)

    • Carrots

    • Peppers

    • Onion

    • Broccoli

    • Cauliflower

    • Tomatoes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • Turmeric

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400

  • Wash and chop vegetables then place on a baking sheet

  • Pour olive oil, salt, pepper and turmeric over vegetables

  • Cook for 30-45 minutes.

  • Enjoy!
