Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
ANY vegetable (some of my favorites below)
Carrots
Peppers
Onion
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Turmeric
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400
Wash and chop vegetables then place on a baking sheet
Pour olive oil, salt, pepper and turmeric over vegetables
Cook for 30-45 minutes.
