Shrimp PadThai
Ingredients:
Red Peppers
Snap Peas
Corn
White Onion
Pad Thai Rice Noodles
Shrimp
Sauce
Soy sauce
Rice Vinegar
Ginger Paste
Garlic
Instructions:
Heat up a large pan coated with olive oil. Pour chopped pepper, snap peas, corn and chopped white onion into the pan and stir fry on medium heat until veggies are soft.
Make sauce by adding all of the ingredients into a bowl and mixing.
Pour sauce over shrimp and bake shrimp in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until soft.
Combine everything in the stir fry pan and add any excess sauce to the stir fry.
