Shrimp PadThai

Ingredients:

  • Red Peppers

  • Snap Peas

  • Corn

  • White Onion

  • Pad Thai Rice Noodles

  • Shrimp

  • Sauce

    • Soy sauce

    • Rice Vinegar

    • Ginger Paste

    • Garlic

Instructions:

  • Heat up a large pan coated with olive oil. Pour chopped pepper, snap peas, corn and chopped white onion into the pan and stir fry on medium heat until veggies are soft.

  • Make sauce by adding all of the ingredients into a bowl and mixing.

  • Pour sauce over shrimp and bake shrimp in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes.

  • Cook noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until soft.

  • Combine everything in the stir fry pan and add any excess sauce to the stir fry.
